Good team building in Barcelona is not just a fun activity: it is an experience designed to work on communication, trust or team integration. The city and its surroundings offer everything from immersive games in unique venues to outdoor challenges at country houses, castles or at sea. What team building is and what it's for
Team building is an activity designed for a team to work together outside its usual context. Done well, it improves communication, builds trust, integrates newcomers and strengthens company culture. Done badly, it is just an entertaining afternoon. The difference is in the design.
Types of team building in Barcelona
Immersive and role-play games: such as Bioshock for Provital or the Great Plague cluedo we created for Amplifon at Castell de Santa Florentina, where hearing was the key to the mystery.
Themed challenges: the Game of Thrones-inspired convention and challenge for Movistar, or Privalia's Mosaic Challenge.
Team cooking: MasterChef-style challenges like Nestlé's. Sailing activities: schooner trips off the skyline, as with Uriach. And outdoor, charity or sustainability activities.
How to choose by goal
To integrate new teams, playful and collaborative formats. To work on leadership and decision-making, role-plays with pressure and defined roles. To celebrate, more relaxed activities with great food. And for large groups, station-based formats or team competitions so everyone takes part.
Where to do team building: city and surroundings
In the city, Poble Espanyol or unique museums such as the Museu de l'Art Prohibit are ideal for treasure hunts and immersive games. Within an hour, country houses, castles and industrial colonies such as Masia Rosas, Colònia Rusiñol or Castell de Santa Florentina offer space and nature. Estates such as Font de la Canya add a pool, sports areas and accommodation.
Duration and organisation
An activity can last from two or three hours to a full day, or be part of a multi-day programme. We handle the design, materials, facilitators, venue, transport and food, and always prepare a back-up plan for outdoor activities.

The cost depends on the number of participants, duration, type of activity, venue, transport and food. Once we know the goal and the group, we prepare a proposal with a detailed budget.
