Can you organise a client event during Mobile World Congress or ISE?
Yes. We design private dinners, cocktails and parties for clients and partners during Barcelona's major trade shows, including venue, catering, AV and guest logistics. We recommend planning several months ahead.
Do you manage transfers from the trade show venue?
Yes, we coordinate guest logistics, including transfers from Fira de Barcelona or the CCIB to the event venue.
What does organising a product launch include?
Creative concept, venue, staging, AV production, food, entertainment, guest and press management, and full on-the-day coordination.
When should we book our company Christmas dinner in Barcelona?
We recommend booking between September and October. December is the busiest month for venues and suppliers in the city, and booking early gives more choice and better terms.
Do you organise Christmas parties for small teams?

Do you organise incentive trips in Barcelona for foreign companies?
Yes. We design bespoke incentive programmes and manage all local services, in Spanish, English or Catalan.
Can you take care of just part of the event?
Yes. Although our speciality is full-service event management, we can also handle specific parts such as technical production, set design or entertainment.
