The price of a corporate event in Barcelona depends mainly on guest numbers, venue, food, technical production and the level of experience you want to offer. To help you plan your budget, here are three real per-person price examples for the formats we organise most, with everything they include.

Prices are indicative, per person and exclusive of VAT. Every event is different: we prepare a proposal with a detailed, no-obligation budget within 24 hours.
Fixed costs such as venue, AV or production are shared among more people: the larger the group, the lower the price per person.
Thursdays and Fridays in December, June and the weeks of major trade shows such as MWC or ISE are the highest-demand dates.
A museum or iconic building for exclusive use does not cost the same as a restaurant with a private room.
Cocktails, gala dinner, chef's menu, wine and open bar make up a large part of the budget.
Set design, AV, shows and bespoke activities raise the experience and impact of the event.
For conventions and multi-day events, hotels and transfers are usually one of the main items.
