2. What data we process and why

We process the data you provide in our forms (name, company, email, phone and details of your event) to answer your request and prepare a proposal and, if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address to send you the Desmurphybrilador. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

3. Legal basis

Your consent when you submit a form or subscribe, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Retention

We keep request data for 24 months or for as long as a business relationship exists, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Data is then blocked for the statutory limitation periods.

5. Recipients and transfers

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use service providers acting as data processors, such as Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and forms), which may process data in the United States under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to eventos@barcelona-eventos.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

To know how many people visit the website and which pages they find useful, we use our own measurement system hosted alongside the website. It does not use cookies or store IP addresses or personal data: each visit is counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot identify or track anyone, so no consent is required. If your browser has "Do Not Track" enabled, your visit is not recorded.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to obtain aggregated website usage statistics. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from «Cookie preferences».

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The whole website runs over encrypted HTTPS connections.
